Itinerary

Upon arrival at Mumbai Airport, our representative will greet you and accompany you to your hotel. Mumbai, the commercial capital and the heart of India’s film industry, is a city that never sleeps, with a blend of cultures and iconic landmarks like the Gateway of India and Marine Drive. Enjoy a relaxing day at the hotel. Overnight at Hotel/Resort.

After breakfast, take a one-hour motor launch excursion to Elephanta Island. Explore the ancient Hindu cave temples, including the impressive three-headed Shiva sculpture. Return for lunch and proceed for Mumbai sightseeing, driving past landmarks like the Marine Drive, visiting Jain temple, Hanging Gardens, Mani Bhavan, Haji Ali Mosque, and the iconic ‘Dhobi Ghat,’ where Mumbai’s laundry is washed and dried. Overnight at Hotel/Resort.

Transfer to Mumbai airport for a flight to Aurangabad. Upon arrival, visit Bibi Ka Maqbara, known as the ‘Taj of the Deccan.’ Explore Aurangabad Caves, 12 Buddhist rock-cut caves with stunning sculptures. Enjoy a panoramic view from the hilltop and discover the historical gates of the city. Overnight at Hotel.

Drive to Ellora Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcasing Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain temples carved from a basalt cliff. Explore the impressive Kailasa Temple and other caves. Visit Daulatabad Fort on the way back, a 14th-century fortress with Chand Minar. Overnight at Hotel.

Drive to Ajanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for ancient Buddhist paintings and sculptures. Explore the horseshoe-shaped valley, dating from 2nd century BC to 6th century AD. Admire paintings depicting Buddha’s life and Jataka tales. Return to Aurangabad in the evening, visit Panchakki, a 17th-century water mill. Overnight at Hotel.

After breakfast, check-out and drive to Lonar Crater Lake, a geological wonder formed by a meteor impact. Explore the 50,000-year-old lake, surrounded by lush vegetation and ancient temples. Enjoy a walk or boat ride. Later, proceed to Aurangabad airport or railway station for onward journey.
